    Unfortunately, the vinyl album arrived damaged. The record itself has a smudge on the etched print, and the cover was damaged as well. This was not clearly mentioned in the listing, which described the item as being in new condition. Packaging was also poor—just a thin box with a layer of bubble wrap, which likely contributed to the damage during shipping. I reached out to the seller, but they were completely unhelpful and just told me to return it and they would take the loss.

    This vinyl was brand new and factory sealed when shipped. It was securely packaged in a standard vinyl mailer with 12x36 inch bubble wrap to prevent movement. The condition of the sealed vinyl inside could not have been known. A return was offered to resolve the issue, but the buyer stopped responding.
