The package was crushed - the cards didn’t stand a chance. I reached out to the sender who communicated with me daily. Together, I sent photos of the damage; we reached out to the shipping company who promised to refund the seller. Before that, seller fully refunded the purchase. Despite the cards no longer having value, this seller was outstanding and excellent. They trusted me. I’ll buy from this seller again!

In consistent communication and the packages arrived perfect. Also the packages came much sooner than I had expected as I was willing to wait an additional 4 weeks. Definitely going to buy again 👍🏼
