Only reason that I gave them a positive rating because I did get a full refund eventually. I have bought many things from Shoebacca in the past. Always had great service and quality. When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere. As for shipping charges… well, it is what it is. Received two pair of shoes for one shipping charge. Thank you.
