  Don’t buy from this seller. Poor quality and value. Unacceptable condition. Appearance not as described. I ordered black tailpiece but got one that’s black in some areas and gray in other areas. I told the seller and asked what they could do. They said I could pay to ship it back to them and went back and forth from there on refund levels starting at 10% refund up to 50% refund over 4 messages. I agreed to the 50%. they said they sent it. But they never sent it. I had to tell eBay to get it

  Item as described and pleased with it. Not so with the slllllloooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww delivery. It took over a week for the seller to ship, then USPS took over a week to deliver. If you have plenty of time, no problem. If you need it in a hurry, look elsewhere. I have a sneaky feeling that the seller has to wait for delivery from China. As for the USPS, their problem is just plain inefficiency.

  Seller was great. When they saw that there would be a delay in shipping they immediately contacted my to give me the option of a refund, and did so immediately upon my request. An Excellent ebay seller!
