It was NOT an authentic Labubu at all, the box was smashed flat and the collector card was missing entirely. There was no QR code and the box was a fake. The seller tried saying it was where the product shipped from and that not every Labubu comes with a collector card (these were lies). The only good thing on this transaction is that I was refunded but absolutely DO NOT recommend purchasing here at all!

I was notified when it shipped and given an estimate. It took longer due to FedEx, not the seller's fault. The box was pretty messed up but the Labubu is in good condtion.
