I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a small refund. He insisted on a full refund. I actually said that wasn't necessary but I received a full refund today. The Owl is beautiful although it was chipped in the post on one ear. It was well packed in bubble wrap. It was dispatched promptly and fast delivery. The Owl was exactly as it had been described. Good value for money.

Had a terrible experience with Evri drop kicking the item but cannot hold this against the seller at all since it was so well packaged with loads of bubble wrap .
