Very good Packaging and Condition is acceptable would use the Vendor again and recommend. Prices are up everywhere this was a good deal.

Laptop was securely packaged and shipped very quickly. Shortly after running Windows Update the keyboard became disabled. I made several attempts to fix the problem on my own without success. Decided to contact the merchant to report the problem. He responded very quickly with a solution to correct the problem. Overall, very happy with my purchase & support from the merchant.
