I purchased a used fuggler toy from him that was lost in transit so once I contacted him about it he immediately gave me different options to do, refund, rebuy, etc this isn’t a really hard to find fugg but still is a key piece in a collection. I decided on the replacement offer the seller gave me even tho it wasn’t the same fugg it was still a fugg I needed so all is right!
