When the item I purchased arrived broken, I notified the seller and she immediately issued a full refund without hesitation. It was unfortunate that the item was broken, especially since she packed it so well. The Post Office must have handled the box roughly. The seller also offered to let me keep the broken item in case I could somehow glue it together again. But it wasn’t the seller’s fault, all of the items were packaged very well with bubble wrap, and paper, so I think the issue was with the transportation I absolutely love the pieces. They are exactly as described.
