When I contacted them, they said it’s factory made, please accept this. Sorry. After receiving product knowing it’s a replica now, not advertised as, it’s a TERRIBLE replica! The nose and teeth painted on are chipped, the toenails weren’t even painted on in the right place, and it practically fell apart in my hands! I’m furious! Buyer beware and DO NOT BUY FROM SELLER!!!

We are very disappointed with this seller, who we'll never use again. They sent us a much cheaper model brand and when we questioned it they told us it was the Rollin brand we'd ordered but it was "just in a different box" - a complete lie. Thankfully we got the full refund we deserved through an eBay claim, and we bought a genuine model from another seller. We hope this seller learnt their lesson about dishonesty.
