If you have an item that is exactly the same as these as far as size, tags, measurements, materials, etc., and one fits and one doesn't, this sounds like a manufacturing issue. Unfortunately, I can not do anything about something such as that. This sort of thing is the very reason that I provide measurements of eveything on the garment. If you are unhappy with the item, I have a 30 day return policy. Thank you for your business.
