After all the tracking, etc. it seems to got lost in the mail. Somehow the seller and I waited a while to see if it could be resolved by the post office or UPS but it could not. As a result per my request. the seller then promptly and without any argument, kindly refunded the entire price for me. This seller is an asset to Ebay. Thank You!
