Looked exactly like the pictures which was in exceptional condition. One minor blemish on the metal which is expected. Zero complaints. Several pictures were received and as the phone looked to be in good condition I decided to make the purchase. Glad I did as the phone is in exceptional condition and came securely packaged. Amazing service from the get go, super quick shipping, an issue delt with instantly & correspondence top notch. The item is in pristine condition.
