Figures arrived on time, complete, and like new and I received double the value I payed for it!! I was a little skeptical of this, but this one is in heat sealed bags and totally random. After talking to Luka from this store, he explained the process and it's definitely random. He's a 19 year old young man that works for Apple! Thats where this great customer service comes from!
