  Never buy from this seller received a product that’s broken wanted me to pay for shipping to send back. Stopped all communication now I’m stuck with a broken machine worth over $400 so not fair never buy imported products and they don’t want to help solve the issue just stop replying to help you .

As soon as the customer informed us, we immediately offered solutions, including compensation or sending a brand new machine. But the customer still wants to return it. We provided a return address and promised to bear the shipping cost. However, the customer has not returned the item and claims that we have not responded or resolved.
