No protection of product during shipment. Doll kit arrived and is beautifully factory painted. This is the 3rd kit I purchased from this seller, other 2 kits took 1/2 time to arrive that I had purchased 5 days prior to this order. I’m pleased with my purchase, not so much with shipping time. This seller was so professional, from verifying my order, to answering all my questions promptly, and when there was a mix-up at their warehouse (I received someone else’s doll & she received mine), the seller immediately tracked it down and kept me informed throughout the process, and the other customer and I were able to swap our dolls quickly and were reimbursed for the shipping costs. The seller demanded extra payment outside eBay, so I requested a refund and repurchased. Shipping was delayed, and the package was rerouted to the seller. Despite asking for updates, I received no response. When the doll finally arrived in a damaged box, the head hook was outside, and the body string was compromised. I contacted the seller for assistance but received no reply.
