Multiple sections of gravel road that can be cut to size and have a nice appearance. Good quality and value. Packaging with bubble wrap was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller combined shipping for me for multiple items. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again! One of my favorite Dept 56 sellers!

A little disappointed though that the watchman was missing a piece. Seller did not point out that he lacked a piece that was supposed to be in his hand in their description. However they did show a photo of the watchman. I should have paid closer attention and asked questions. So not that big of a deal. Seller gave me a heads up regarding the conditional of the shipping box which was beat up but guaranteed me the item would arrive safely and in great condition which it did! 👍 As a seller myself, I understand sometimes it is hard to find boxes that fit over sized items. So the excellent communication really means a lot. Definitely, would do business with this seller again! 👍
