I had some trouble getting it to work properly for me so I contacted the seller. He offered some suggestions and told me he would refund my money plus shipping if I could not get it to work properly. It turned out to be my error (complicated by a user's manual that was a little short on information). The unit works fine. Great seller. Highly recommended.

The item was in good shape, operates as it should but was missing a couple of parts. The seller was gracious enough to credit me for the cost of replacing the missing items. I give this seller 5 stars +
