First of all the quality of the turntable is outstanding and I would most definitely purchase from Yokagura again. This transaction was not normal which I believe was due to the US government shutdown. The turntable was shipped out in a reasonable time after being tested for 24 hours to make sure that the electronics were working properly. There was an issue that Yokagura quickly and honorably remedied. Outstanding service.

The turntable was in very good condition. Packaging of the item was first rate. He took the time to pack the turntable with great care. He has clearly worked out an excellent method to prevent damage during transport. It subsequently arrived undamaged and in the same condition as per the photos. Tokyo to Perth Australia.
