It's in great condition with some slight blemishes on the case, not too noticeable in the slightest.It does heat up a bit, but not surprising due its thin chassis(something I already expected when looking at reviews). It was no hassle to install a Crucial 2 TB SSD and 64 GB ram (DDR4 2666 MHz) . Used a 16gb USB w/ windows 11 bootable and the rest is history. Shipping was fast and the laptop was securely packaged! Great for programming, art and light gaming.
