I wanted the specific item I ordered. These scam sellers cause frustration to buyers, and they make profit interest in their bank on the money paid. EBay please toughen up regulations for sellers!

We are very disappointed with this seller, who we'll never use again. They sent us a much cheaper model brand and when we questioned it they told us it was the Rollin brand we'd ordered but it was "just in a different box" - a complete lie. Thankfully we got the full refund we deserved through an eBay claim, and we bought a genuine model from another seller.
