They informed me that they had bought this in good faith from their supplier as an original but came to an agreement with me that I could return the item or accept a compromise ( which I chose to do). Item was new as described. Good communication and prompt delivery.

On informing Andy of my disappointment, he was quick to respond and offered a full refund on return or a partial refund, which I accepted.
