Unfortunately, it was shipped in a USPS Priority envelope with a "Ground" tag on it printed by the vendor. USPS still had to ship priority and charge priority rate, an additional $5.36. It could not be delivered until I took the "shipping due" tag (left in mailbox) to the Post Office to pick up the package. Took USPS a while because of weather , but aeller contacted PO with tracking number and TA-DAH - lovely like new flannel shirt arrived pretty darn quickly!
