( no fault whatsoever to the seller) if it wasn’t for excellent packaging I’m not sure if this package would have arrived in the same condition. Thank you so much for taking time to package the photo with such care .

I did not complain and I did not ask for a refund. I just wanted to explain the situation to the seller. The seller was so gracious and immediately sent a refund. This was so unnecessary because I was part to blame. AND the seller originally gave me a good price AND the shipping cost was fair. The seller went the extra mile.
