They accidentally sent a 4 Ohm, I sent an email, they responded same day, emailed me a return label, as soon as I put in the wrong item in the mail, they UPS'd the 8 Ohm replacement. That is awesome customer service. We all make mistakes, but by fixing it rapidly, I couldn't suggest this seller more.
