The seller guaranteed they would cover not only all shipping costs, but also any tariff or other handling expenses. From shipping to my receiving it was 5-6 days, and the process was seamless. The drone was in an unopened box with a good serial number, and my registration of the drone with DJI and the US FAA was uneventful. Great service.
