Initially the item came with a wall socket plug missing, then I contacted the seller to request for the plug to be sent, or I send back the item, them get a refund. On the positive side, this seller requested I keep the warmer for free, then offered to send another type of warmer with a car plug, a wall socket plug, and an extension plug because the wall plug isn't a UK plug. I'm really a happy buyer.
