Only criticism is that packaging was not very robust. Used old Amazon box (this was an oversized book) which had been semi crushed by delivery and no bubble wrap (there was a bit of internal packing paper but not enough). In the end, no damage caused but this was more to do with weight of book preventing movement than packaging. But as said, no actual damage and book as described ie in very good condition.
