They offered to send it in another fashion, but this is the second time I ordered this particular item and it has never arrived so I asked for a refund. Was refunded per my request. I leave positive feedback as I do not see this as the seller's problem, but something else. Disappointing, but the seller was quick to communicate and I did receive a refund.
