I had to cut three of them off.it came with one handle not two. When you load it, you better hang onto it because it’ll go backwards or go to the ground. I do not recommend this mixer to anyone I had to bolt it down the wheels need locks on them so they can’t move one way or the other

Ordered it Monday around lunch and it was at my house the next day around 2:00 I believe. The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Had small problem at start up, customer service responded quickly and resolved issue quickly. Simply a nut which likely loosened in transit, resolved with 1/8 of a turn with a wrench. Operates as described and expected. 5 stars!
