I reached out to the seller who did give me partial refund which made the experience better, but it was still not what I expected. Luckily, I do know how to root these plants and it was a strong cutting so I expect that it shoot root without any major problems. The item itself was as described although I'm not sure why the leaves are turning yellow when I am not over watering it at all. I'm actually watering it very little since it's a cactus.
