    Appearance: Shipping was awful - the rack came strapped to wood, wrapped in Saran Wrap, and held with brittle zip ties. Quality and condition: The part looked fine, but I ordered AWD instead of RWD. When I tried to return it and get the correct one, customer service was defensive and unhelpful, saying I’d pay shipping and only get a refund if it passed their inspection. I canceled the return. Value: $280 lost, but not worth the stress. Buyer beware of their shady business practices.

    The product was really packaged well and it’s looking very neat. It was ordered on 23rd and it arrived just 2days after which means they are time conscious. It came in a really good condition. I think it’s wealth the value. For quality I’m now about to install it. Thank you guys
