This interval then gradually decreased until it stopped working entirely. I checked the quality of the contacts, and one end was not in good condition. I lost time waiting for the cable (1 month) and didn't manage to transfer the data I needed.

We are very disappointed with this seller, who we'll never use again. They sent us a much cheaper model brand and when we questioned it they told us it was the Rollin brand we'd ordered but it was "just in a different box" - a complete lie. Thankfully we got the full refund we deserved through an eBay claim, and we bought a genuine model from another seller. We hope this seller learnt their lesson about dishonesty.
