Few negatives though. When the machine arrived it was undocumented and I could not use it without the password. Half the memory was missing and also the DVD writer. The memory was sent later but not the DVD writer. Indeed there was an oversight on memory, which we sent later and they kept the existing. On DVD, we supplied a DVD with the system as it was asked for as an extra (original system listing does not include any DVD.However when asked the the writer aspect was not mentioned. Hence the buyer disappointment.

He sent me a prepaid label to return it. Shortly after messaged to say what the problem had been and that it was being dispatched back to me.The comms were fast and always helpful. PC up and running top notch quality and value. I would certainly buy from this seller again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED A+++

The seller and I had open and honest correspondence, including a video call, to try to find an easy fix. In the end, the seller asked me to return the computer for investigation, which revealed that one of the memory cards had come loose during shipping. It was sorted and returned to my complete satisfaction. The computer is so much faster and quieter than my old desktop.
