  Sent wrong item then would not supply a return label and kept making excuses. They then asked for my paypal details in order to refund the order and postage costs. Ebay refunded the order (not the seller) after I contacted ebay. DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!

  Ordered 10 different ones, shipped within 2-3 weeks. There was 1 car missing but I was refunded the same day I contacted the seller. Great product and customer service.

  Do NOT buy from this seller! They admitted they didn't have the pen I ordered, and sent me a different one. That was NOT acceptable! They did refund my money for the pen, but I had to ship the pen back to them. They told me they would reimburse me for shipping. They have not! Tracking shows it is held for them to pick up, but they still haven't picked it up 9 days later, and stopped responding to messages. Nothing but grief in this whole process. They should be banned from selling on Ebay!
