In a couple of hours the seller managed to set a sale with unusually low prices then cancel the orders stating strange reasons for cancellation, as no stock or damaged item, then reset presale prices with the same numbers of stock, issuing refunds to the buyers. Hopefully, shoebacca being a reputable ebay seller just made a mistake, with no bad intentions. Still a negative experience with no compensation or explanation whatsoever.

I bought the Puma R78 Voyage, sneakers and pastel pink, my latest mini purchases from the seller on both eBay and their main website. The shoes arrive in 2 to 3 days, perfectly packed, and even more vibrant than pictured. Pumas are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn and Shoebacca keeps me coming back again and again! My only wish is I got points like I do on their main site when buying on eBay. A+++ seller!

Only reason that I gave them a positive rating because I did get a full refund eventually. I have bought many things from Shoebacca in the past. Always had great service and quality. When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere.
