Strange, the seller actually changed the picture and title after purchase was made, not sure how because I thought you can’t edit it afterwards. But eBay keeps a record of the picture and title at the time of purchase so we can tell it changed. I purchased a Pokemon center ETB but was sent the regular version. Anyways, seller never responded. eBay accepted the return and refunded so all was good.

I ended up receiving an item from the seller from Amazon that was half the price of what I paid for was advertised as the real thing. The seller deserves credit for cooperating by issuing a refund. Be sure you pay attention to ALL the details before buying.
