I highly recommend speaking to a manager at the local PO and filing a complaint with them. If they are not cooperative I'd speak to the postmaster. This way they do not treat someone else's items like this too.

I would like to add once more that I do not intend to remove the toy from its factory packaging. My intent is to display the toy inside its factory box. The seller took great care in packaging the item for shipping so as to protect it from damages. I recommend this seller 100%. Will do business with them again in the future.
