Packing was a little sketch w/ only 2 sides of the item being protected with cut-up cardboard, although it was wrapped in bubble wrap..I prefer them in a box (especially a chase item) but it arrived undamaged thankfully..just something to consider in future. Item was as described in the info at the store. The item was well packaged The radio arrived smashed because the lady of USPs literally threw it at least 4 feet onto my porch. No amount of packaging would have saved the radio from such a rough treatment. The seller refunded the radio after showing pictures of the damage.
