I needed a PC without a BIOS password, and the initial computer I received had a password protected BIOS. I contacted the seller, and within hours they had arranged for a return of the original, and a replacement. The seller sent me a prepaid label, and the new shipment is exactly what I needed. Therefore I rate the transaction as very good the computer on first use WIFI, Charger, Connectors, Software is as was stated. Very good Packaging and Condition is acceptable would use the Vendor again and recommend.
