A few days later the seller messages me with a photo of the missing grommet on her floor, seller said she would mail it off asap. Many weeks later and messages which I sent to the seller, I still have had no response. Bad business.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and the price was excellent. Shipping was fair and the jacket arrived on time. Thanks for a great deal!
