I contacted the seller to request a replacement, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Responses were delayed, despite the issue clearly being a product failure. Upon removing the motors, visible damage was evident, yet the seller refused to honor the warranty for these brand new motors. It’s disappointing to see repeated performance issues paired with zero accountability from the seller or eBay.

These guys were so quick with their delivery. I was very surprised. The product was packaged nice, and does work. My battery's don't. I highly recommend these guys because they're quick and they are reasonably priced. It was an excellent condition unlike my old charger. Mahalo guys
