Troy Gallery communications in the beginning I realized I was dealing with a seller who had old world honor. Is word is binding, more then any hand shake, or signed contract. In my 70 years I've only met 2 others. They were older & that was before internet. Troy Gallery is I believe younger, not by a couple of yrs. An Ebay seller or any person or seller online. I'm still in AW!!!!
