It came just as described packaged very tightly and neatly. The shipping cost was about average with others that I’ve bought so the value is in the eyes of the collectors. I’ll see if I can get it working and swinging some wattage and if it doesn’t okay no problem but if it does I’ll decide whether to keep it or pass it on to someone else. When I expressed my disappointment to the seller, he very graciously rectified the situation by offering a reduction in the price. I would certainly use this seller again. The item came quickly and was well packaged.
