Instructions on how to assemble the laser is good but on how to work the machine it self is proving to be difficult so for this reason I cannot give 5 stars. If I get it working I will adjust my feedback on this laser/engraver..

Never have I ever received such wonderfully and helpful support on ebay from the supplier. This seller went above and beyond to make sure all my equipment works fine. Very highly recomend. Postage was fast well packaged. Communication? Again I don't think I ever seen better. Fast to respond, helpful and very fair. I have made numerous purchases over the last couple of years from them and never been disappointed, infact I've been surprised at just how far they will go to ensure a great transaction.
