The seller tried to say the picture of the belt online showed it as Navy, even though the written description was for a Black belt. We had a few exchanges and he was not willing to accept responsibility for the error. He said he did not have a black belt to send me. I offered to send the Navy belt back if he would give me his address, but received no response from him. I was not satisfied by his unwillingness to resolve this.

I messaged them about this error and asked them to send me the correct size, which they responded with, “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.” and “No!” to sending me the 36-38 belt. Since the sale included the condition “Returns not accepted,” I can’t return the belt for a refund. Regardless, they should refund me the entire amount of sale. Not my fault!
