Seller offered a refund, but it did not seem worth the effort considering what I paid for it. The seller did provide a partial refund. I appreciate this as well as the quick shipment.

Still, it came from Simpsonville, SC where I’m from. Hey Simpsonville! Shipping was a bit slow, but hey, the Post Office has gone downhill since the latest Postmaster General took over.
