I have not used this item as of yet but I received it quickly and the item was better than I anticipated. It looks like good quality and all the ad on's with the SD card and corded earbuds. Plus instructions. Very pleased.

The menu function is very easy to navigate, and I had no trouble at all getting music downloaded onto it. I think the only thing I've noticed is that the buttons are a little loud when I am trying to listen in quiet places like a library, but all in all the quality of the item is much better than I was expecting!

The quality of this MP3 player is amazing compared to those other high-end ones. Even though the appearance of the MP3 player looks small, it is compact and I can take it anywhere I want to. I appreciate the value of this device, because it came with the SD card and I am using this to listen to the sermons that I have digitized from CDs. All in all, it was outstanding service that is worth it.
