Seller is very helpful & informative. The laptop was very well packaged for shipping. It was during Christmas shipping time-frame, but when I told the seller I had work to do, they got it to me faster than the original estimate. This thing is lightening fast compared to the Macbook I was replacing. It was listed as "good" used cosmetic condition, but it looks new.
