The factory packaging inside the box included a spacer which protected the contents despite whatever happened to it! Really good buy for the price. The damage is mostly on the bottom of the box so cosmetically it still looks good on a shelf. I used a piece of cardboard from the shipping box to shore up the damaged part and don't have any concerns about long term durability.

Thanks a lot for the great deal, love it

There were some holes in the box. However, the minis, the board, and the cards and instructions were all intact and look great. And for what I paid for, I definitely think it was worth it.

Truly, the item was worth way more than the asking price. It was packaged nice and snug in the box. Shipping was a joke, but that was not the sellers fault. They actually shipped the item right away. It made it to CA. In two days, but Fed Ex in CA. Is a joke. It took over 2 weeks to travel a little over 200 miles in CA. Again, this was Fed Ex fault, not the sellers. This did not bother me, since I was more interested in owning the game itself. Was shipped in a large box with plenty of protection and padding. The game contained all items and pieces that would come with the game under normal circumstances. If you want a collector's piece, the damaged box may not be for you, but if you just want a chance to own the new Hero Quest and play a fun game, this seller offers you more than your money's worth.

Unfortunately, the right earbud was defective. This was no fault of the seller as the package was factory sealed. The seller immediately authorized a return and issued a refund. Although the item was defective, the seller was great and quickly resolved the issue! I will buy from this seller again
